Model: Deco M4  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Today I had Verizon fios Gigabit internet installed.  Set up my Deco M4.  When I checked the speed right next to the primary node (connected to the router with Cat6 cable), I am getting 200 Mbps.  Is this normal? I was expecting something in at least the 400-500Mbps range.  Any ideas?

Disconnect the Deco, and connect directly to the Verizon device, what speed do you get?

 

Connect the Deco back into the Verizon device, grab a smart phone and do a speed test, what do you get on that?

 

I think the Verizon is a modem/router so if you configure the Deco to work as a AP (https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/kb/detail/334), what speed do you get that way? Both wired and testing Wi-Fi?
