Smart bulb not adding since Nov19
Hi. Since a week ago all 4 of our LB130 bulbs stop responding to the app and won't reconnect to our network. We have:
- rebooted the modem
- rebooted the router
- deleted and reinstalled the apps
- factory reset the bulbs (5x of on)
if it was 1 faulty build I would have replaced it but ALL FOUR bulbs which are only 10 months old! What happened? What else can I do or look out for. This is unacceptable. They were working PERFECTLY until a week ago. We did not change any network settings. Only iOS update and Android phones
please advise what else to do
