Brand new.  My mini plug has no lights. Tried rebooting. Nothing. My iPhone Kaza app can’t locate it.

 

I bought a two pack. The first one set up and works fine.

 

Not sure what to do besides returning it to Amazon.  But the one is working so well.

If one of the plugs will not power up and you know its not the outlet then its likely just a defective unit.  Contact us as Kasa.Support@tp-link.com and request a replacement.

@Philip964 same situation here, picked up a 2-pack, first one works just fine. second won't even flash its LED light.
