Archer AX3000 Drops 802.11ax Mode After An Hour
For the past week, my smartphones (1 iPhone 11 and 1 Samsung S10) that connect to the router using Wi-Fi 6 lose internet connection after about 1 hour. When the connection drops, the router still lists the devices on DHCP Client List, but the devices get connection errors. In particular, my Samsung S10 running Android 10 gets a "Cannot obtain IP address" error. No other devices in the house have this issue (Macbook, Alexa, XBox, PS4, TP-Link Smart Devices, etc.).
Steps I've tried:
- Android 10 - Forgetting the network and re-entering credentials
- Android 10 - Booting in safe mode.
- Android 10 - Static IP (reserved on router)
- Android 10 - Reset Network Settings
- Archer AX3000 - Change LAN IP Address
- Archer AX3000 - Reserve IP Addresses for Wi-Fi 6 devices
- Archer AX3000 - Increase IP Address Pool / Change Subnet
- Archer AX3000 - Decrease Lease Time
- Archer AX3000 - Factory Reset
The only way to reconnect them is to reboot the router (which I'm now doing 5-6 times a day). I'm not aware of any updates that could have caused this issue on 2 separate smartphones simultaneously.
Any ideas?
