Archer C9 V1 Firmware Upgrade Brick

After I upgraded my Archer C9 V1 to the latest firmware version, it only replies to pings. I can't bring up the web interface.
It still does hand out DHCP addresses though. I can't see any Wifi SSID either.
Any way to recover? Tftpd? Or something else?

@IntuitiveNZ I used to be a sysadmin. I'm out of ideas too.
@Tony Support said that the serial number is no longer under warranty.

Just to close this discussion out - I had to open up the router and was able to repair the router via serial console.
