I use the TP camera app on my IPhone and IPad to view my cameras. I recently bought a new laptop and when I logged into the website, I can only see a few of my cameras. No idea where the others went. Any ideas.

Are you using https://www.tplinkcloud.com/?  If so all of you NC series cameras should be displayed however it could be due to some of the cameras needing Firmware updates.

@Carl   I checked all cameras are up to date. What's odd is I have cameras at two different locations and many at each location are missing. My IPhone and IPad work fine. Puzzlingly!

I'll check with our engineers but because of chinese new year starting I do not anticipate an response till the end of the month.  I'll keep you posted.
