The parental controls are built based off of blacklisted sites. So you are not able to esentially have a white listed site. In your case you can add all categories except the media category. In the apps/websites you can search the database for existing apps to block.
As far as entering a specific site to block you would use the following format:
www.websitename.com
For example, to block reddit you would put: www.reddit.com
Remember to always select "Save" on the top right after entering a site to block or it will not work.
@Tony Blocking everything and only allowing specific sites would be a great feature. The internet is too vast to be able to use the content categories and then add other sites.
