Archer AX10 WAN port issue
Hi,
I have an issue with Archer AX10 WAN port.
If I set it to auto-negotiation, it doesn't work at all. If I set it to 100Mbit full duplex (the actual connection speed), then it works but it is not very stable and it reaches max. 60Mbit.
I have the WAN port connected now to the old router on 1Gbit and it is recognized correctly as 1Gbit full duplex and I can reach 100Mbit on Internet.
It seems like some incompatibility with the ISP network.
Anybody had similar issue?
Thanks,
Valeri

@Tony I can also confirm that the new firmware works for me. I can now use Auto-negotiation to get connected.

It looks like there was an official firmware released that addresses the connection issue as well. There should be a notification in Tether or by logging into the router.
For those where it is now working, if you go to the network map, then select the router, what does the internet connection status stay?

@Tony I don't see any new offial firmware. My Internet connection is correctly detected as 100Mb Full now.

250/50Mbps internet connection, auto noegotiation enabled, and connection status says WAN port detected as 1000Mbps full duplex. Ookla Speedtest shows 179/48Mbps internet speeds over Wifi, with AC standard Netgear usb wifi-dongle.

I'm experiencing sort of a similar issue - ISP provides a 1 Gbit port on their switch, laptop connects to it at 1 GBit and shows 700/500 Mbit speeds with Speedtest. Archer AX10 connects at 100 Mbit FD if I'm using "Autonegotiate" (Speedtest shows about 95 Mbit download/upload), and says "WAN port is not connected" if I select 1000 Mbit Full Duplex. Updated the firmware to 1.0.8 Build 20200706 Rel. 7658(4555) - nothing changed...

@Tony
Still have the same issue. I'm using the newest firmware Archer AX10(EU)_V1_200827. Maybe there is a beta firmware I could try? My internet works on 100/10Mbps but on 1000Mbps Full Duplex says Wan is not connected. Internet works fine on another router also talked with my ISP provider they saying it is all good from their side so it must be router.
