Hello, I have a Deco m5 connected behind a mikrotik router.

 

The Deco is operating in access point mode and I have enabled the "Isolated From Main Network" option enabled.

 

I was wondering if I can use vlan's when access point and isolated are used? I basically want to create a diff ip range for guest network.

With the Deco in AP mode you don't have any configuration options or much of any. You will likely need a switch to configure the VLANs on, and attach the Deco to that.
