Model: Deco E4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have a 3-unit Deco E4 setup, which is working very well, at least in terms of WiFi throughout the house.

However, having worked very well initially, the Deco app will no longer allow me to connect to the system to see my stats or change settings. I get a window stating "Phone or Tablet Offline" trekking me to connect to the internet - even when I'm connected directly to the WiFi...

I'm running the latest Android app on Android 10 (Pixel 4). Any ideas? I've tried uninstalling the app. Weirdly, I'm still getting "New device" notifications despite the app seemingly being broken.

@Tony The solution was to log into the web interface (the suggested URL didn't work, so I found the IP via my router and that worked) and reboot the whole system. Now it seems to be happy.

@piphil

Have you tried installing the Deco app on another smart phone, does the issue still happen?

With your current phone, enable the cellular data, disable Wi-Fi are you now able to connect?
