Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.0.3

Is it possible to turn off NAT completely across the WAN interface on the C2300? I want to expose the internal network addresses to my internet aggregation router.

That should be possible disabling it in Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters, then scroll down a bit:
