I was trying to reset my TP Link 820N router. I pressed the reset button and held it for 10 second it's restarted and now only orange light is blinking and I am not able to connect my phone or any other device.
If unplugging the router and plugging it back in does not take it out of that state, please get a hold of your local TP-Link support.
In the mean time you can reboot it, and try the reset one more time to try and take it out of that state.
