I purchased a 3 piece P9 setup back in January. 2 of the 3 units are rock solid and reliable. The 3rd unit goes solid red at least 2 times a day for the last week. When that happens the devices connected to that unit will not reconnect until the device is unplugged. I tried resetting from scratch and it worked for about 2 days and now back to the same problems. I'm really getting frustrated. Please help.

Swap that unit with the main Deco unit. See if the issue is the location where the P9 was or if the issue follows the Deco unit itself.
