Tried multiple times, unlinked entirely.  Still only the LB130 shows as eligible devices on Xfinity Home.

Error message: "We found an ineligible device."

@McGee

This would be because we are not a partner of Xfinity.    The Only 3rd party service our Kasa devices officially work with are Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT and Samsung SmartThings.  As long as your bulb is connected to your wireless service it will work with one of these services through cloud pairing.  Cloud pairing is linking your Kasa Account to one of these services.

@Carl

TP Link is listed.  And it works with one of my bulbs, not the other.

@McGee

That counters what I found on this site:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/works-with-xfinity-home-devices.  We in support have not been given any information about additonal 3rd party partners with our smart home products.  I will reach out to the development team to see if there is one we weren't made aware of.  I'll let you know.

@Carl

Thanks.  I attached screenshots from my phone.  Definitely a supported product but there is an issue with just one of two bulbs.  Let me know if you can view the photos, I zipped them all up into one file and labeled them 1 thru 5 in order of how to recreate the issue.
