AX11000 Not hitting gigabit upload speeds on CenturyLink
Just installed the ax11000 to work replace the CenturyLink provided actiontec a3000c. I put in the PPPoe information, setup vlan tagging, and I am connected. The issue is that the speedtest in the firmware is showing really slow upload speeds. This wasn't an issue with the actiontec. I tried to chat with TP-Link support about it but the chat agent kept asking me to run a speedtest from my cellphone or computer, clearly not understanding the issue was the router-network connection. I connected the ax11000 directly to the ONT, tried a few different cables, and I was getting 800+ upload with the actiontec.
Any ideas?

Since the router is showing 400 Mbps, what were speeds tests done on individual devices showing? I know Decos were not showing the correct speed test results before which is likely why the tech mentioned to try on those devices.

Im having the same issues with spectrum...Plugging my computer directly to the modem and even to the lan port i get speeds that i am paying for, 940mb....unfortunately when i run the test through the TP Link app or website it never shows higher then 740....is this because of the location its using with the speedtest? I always run the test directly to the local Spectrum in the speedtest powered by ookla? Is there a way to change that ?

@Jasong1101 Are you using the ax11000 as your modem & router or plugging in to a spectrum modem? I've got the ax11000 going directly to my ONT. I don't have a computer with a network plug and I don't have an adapter so I can't test it outside of the tp-link app

I just posted my own tests with AX11000, but the firmware speed test result from my AX is similar as yours. My main problem is my WiFi connection will have upload speed at 10Mbps.

@AdventureVia Im having the same issues with speed tests, unreasonably low compared to the Nighthawk AX8 i tested against. the coverage on the AX11000 and features are much better in usage but Speed tests vary so much and upload speeds are terrible for being on fiber 1gig.
I have tested different settings to no avail so far.

I have the same problem. I recently got the AX11000 and have CenturyLink fiber. With my old Netgear router handling the pppoe and vlan I got about 920 Mb/s up and down. With this AX11000 I can only get about 720 down and 430 up. MUCH slower than my old router. I am running the newest firmware. Any ideas?? This is with a direct Ethernet connection, running speed test in a browser and trying several servers. Upload won't go past 430 Mb.
