About to purchase a Powerline Adapter, but would like to know the best version to support crossing circuits. On the receiver side I am looking at 1 or 2 Ethernet or 1 Ethernet & 1 USB

Hi All of our powerline will work across circuits, but all circuits being used must be with in the same Panel. Power Line will not work across panels or sub-panels. The TL-PA9020P Kit is a good choice though we do not have any powerline with USB.

My house has subpanels. I am experiencing some issues with powerline devices. How can i test that my outlets are on the same panel?
