Was working fine for almost a year, then for the last month it was intermittent then today, it won't even connect to the internet. Connections are good.

 

rebooted, hard restart many times and got different errors everytime. 
 

my modem light is just flashing orange everytime it's connected to the etherline. Connect something else, it's fine.

Leave the router turned on and power down just the modem, and then power it back up. Log into the router and see what internet IP it gets. If they are all 0's, then the modem is not recognizing the router, the ISP can help reset the modem. If you do have a public IP, then go into the internet settings of the router, and configure the DNS servers, for primary put 8.8.8.8 and secondary put 8.8.4.4.

 

If the internet light does not light up at all, then the WAN port may be bad.
