Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20200212 rel.7095

I have this router for 3 Weeks and sometimes the connection fails and resumed automatecally after seconds or a minute...

In the Log I can only see this:

2020-04-27 00:44:28 traffic-stats[8398]: <6> 269001 Clear all stats because time changed

after this appears the stats (Traffic Monitor) and the upnp entries and other infos are gone.

What is the reason for this Log entry? Is there a known bug or a setting which can solve this Problem?

@saho

There has not been any information or past cases of this, but based on the logs, try the following:

1. Disable UPnP (Advanced > NAT Forwarding > UPnP)

2. Manually set the time for the router (Advanced > System Tools > Time Settings)

@Tony

yesterday I disabled UPnP and i set the time to manually but this dosen´t hepl. Today i had the same problem again. (See Log)

every time when this issue happend also the log has an reset and only the log entries 12.02.2020 are visible. Also when i ceared the log, the lines from 12.02.2020 come visible again after the connection issue. (I Think this entries are from the initial installation by tp-link)

I have also tryed to disable the traffic stat but the only result was there was no entry in the log after the connection problem appears.

Do you have another idea?

What is happening on the router when you have the issue? Are you staying connected to the router but no internet? Is the router rebooting?

What happens the LED lights on the router?

@Tony

hi, i had tryed to look whats happen when the Problem appears.

The outage is about 20 seconds up to 1 minute.

Most of the devices are loosing the Connection to the rooter. ( I Can't say this for all devices but for example a wifi cam, tablet, Notebook, lost the Connection.

I Can't say if the rooter dose a reboot but the led goes to orange and than to Blue.

the issue appears 2 times yesterday and today in the morning.

Make sure to look closely at the LED light, if the only light to change amber is the internet light. The router is then losing the internet connection from whatever it is connected to.

@Tony

Hi, that´s not so easy. The Router is not always next to me when the Problem when the connection breakes. But I have checked the Modem and there are not Internet outages at the same time. And that the Clients lost the sonnection in the lan can also not result only by an internet outage. (The webcam lost the direct wlan connection to the nas at the same time.)

@Tony

Hi

Almost every day there are connection problems and the clients definitely lose the connection to the router and not only to the Internet. The old log entries are also gone every time.

very strange. I have tried to change the WIFI settings (fix Channel, Channel Width, smart connect is of, ...) nothing helps.
