P9/S4 Having Issues Connecting Smart Devices
Hi all,
I'm having trouble connecting my smart devices to my wifi network. I initially purchased the Deco S4 and now have the Deco P9 - just to test if it was a hardware problem.
I can get online with all laptops and smart phones. However, I can't connect any Amazon Echos, smart lock, bulbs and switches to the network. I'm not sure if there's anything I need to enable in order to grant access. The devices that cannot connect all give the "please check internet status" error.
