Hi, 

 

I have strange issue. 

 

Few weeks ago port forwarding on my router stopped working. I could not make it work so I purchased another router ( Archer C8 ) on which same setup works. 

I started to investigate what is going on and I discovered this:

 

When Connected directly to internet port forwarding on Archer C5 (C50) is not working but is working fine on Archer C8

When Archer C5 ( C50 ) is connected to Archer C8 ( double router/double NAT) setup port forwarding works fine both on C5 ( C50 ) and C8. 

 

Anybody has an idea what is going on - why when IP is from private poll port forwarding on C50 works fine but when it is from public it does not ?

When you connected the C50 did you adjust the port forwarding rules or kept them the same?
