Hi All,

 

I recently installed the Archer A20 Router and enabled 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi networks without an issue.  For the past two weeks everything seemed fine until today when the 5Ghz band is no longer available.  I confirmed the 5Ghz is enabled and the Hide SSID option is diabled.  Rebooting the router did not resolve the issue.

 

Thoughts anyone?

Do a factory default on the router by holding the reset for 15 seconds. See if the default wireless 5Ghz shows up, if not upload the latest firmware into the router even though it has the latest. This FAQ will show you how (Case 1): https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2139/
