Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20200330 Rel. 41420

I have 2 locations both using the Deco X60 (3 units each).  Last night one location went down and could not be reconnected without multiple power cycles.  The second location (nowhere nearby in differnt cities) encountered the same issue in close proximity in time.  One location uses CenturyLink fiber while the other has Charter cable so not related to the internet service.

 

The timing is very odd and has me wondering if something may have been pushed to the routers to cause them to lock up close in time.  Perhaps the virus definitions?

 

I'm still trying to get the second location to reconnect.  Any thoughts?

I wanted to follow up.  The second site is down due to Charter internet service being down.  The timing is a coincidence for the 2 site.  Why the first site went down is a mystery, but I will ignore for now unless this happens again.
