What is happening is that whatever is giving internet to the Archer C60 is no longer giving internet, when that happens the LED will go amber. You need to look at the modem to see why is stops giving the internet to a connected router.

@ArbazKhan i am facing the same issue , its blinking from amber to green thought to the base modem is fine and internet is working ! Firmware is latest , any help is apperciated .

If the router is going green to amber I would swap out the Ethernet cable to see if that may be the cause.
