Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.18 Build 20190917 Rel 76172

I bought a new deco m4 to add it to my 2 deco E4's. I made tge M4 the main Deco in order to benefit out of the 1gigabit ports. When I download something or d I a speediest the M4 gies red and all connections lost. I have to reboot to get it working again. I have tried resetting my router and deco m4 multiple times. I have 1 Deco M4 and 2 Deco E4 in my network.

Please help. All worked well when I had the 2 Deco E4.

Swap the M4 with one of the E4s to see if you still experience the same issue.

same problem (main deco red light) after power cut. Reboot didn't help for changing to Solid white. Modem having internet (tasted) but main deco somehow not getting it. Is there any option without hard reset or factory reset?!!!

The modem probably does not recognize the Deco anymore. Leave the Deco powered on and only reboot the modem.

did few times but no luck. Main M4 getting internet from Netgear RAX40. Till RAX40 internet perfect. Should I exchange one of the mash unit to Main?

Make sure the Deco is running in router mode, not access point mode.

If you modem is a cable modem, contact the ISP and tell them the modem recognizes your other router, but not when the Deco is connected to the modem.
