I would litle to know the best best way to set my network. 

 

Wich will work better from my fiber router, the e4 or my archer 1500.

 

Would i need a fixed ip ir dynamic would suffice?

One thing to note is that the E4 has 100 Mbps ports so internet speeds will not be over that. The AX1500 has Gigabit ports so what you could probably do is to have the AX1500 as the main router. Plug one of the E4 units into the AX1500 and the other two slave units placed around your house. Once the Deco units are set up and running, switch the operation mode to Access Point Mode (found in Deco Advanced settings).
