Hi there, I have what I hope is an easy question about Parental control time limits.

I have a Chromebook. All day long, it communicates back and forth with Google.  I have a Kindle too, and that does the same back and forth with Amazon.  

What I'm concerned about is, when I apply time limits to these devices, will they start the clock before I actually use the devices? For instance, bedtime expires at 6AM. If I don't wake up until 10AM will I be shorted 4 hours because the devices are communicating in the background?
