@Jets

If you go to the Advanced menu of the Deco app does it indicate the IPv6 is connected or just the IPv4?

Looks like the Deco is trying to communicate via IPv6 or grab an address from the ISP.

Yes, I have ipv6 enabled. Main Deco is getting an ipv6 plan ip so I assume my isp supports it.

@Jets

Aside from the logs is the Deco doing performing well?

I can try and get confirmation to see if that is normal if the Deco is working fine.

@Tony

When I first posted this I was still trouble shooting.  It does appear to be working well now.  I was having problems with the Deco dropping the connections, but disabling Fast Roaming seems to have stopped it.

Maybe I spoke too soon. Right after posting this, my Deco X60 disconnected... So my next move is to disable ipv6 and see if that's the issue.

FWIW, the system came right back up so may have been a coincidence... Let me know what's up with those wanv6 messages maybe I will disable ipv6 if its an issue.

@Jets

The initial logs indicate it is due to IPv6 activity but doesn't appear to be getting an address from the ISP so the router is just relaying that.

If the internet goes down look at the main Deco LED light, if it turns red then it is not getting internet from where it is connected to.
