TP-Link AC2600 was first set up as a router connected to an Xfinity cable modem, all functions OK. We then brought up its internal settings web page, and switched it to reboot as an access point. Unfortunately, it was not connected to an active router, and it rebooted with nothing to base its access point settings on. Since then, all attempts to connect to its settings page fail, after multiple attempts to reset it to factory specs. Is there a way to revive it?

@LPowell

Connect the TP-Link to a router, and boot it up, look in the DHCP server list if the router shows it gave an IP to the TP-Link.

When doing a factory reset hold the reset button for 20 seconds. You should notice all the LED lights turn on then off.
