@Tony OK Thanks. I couldn't find it because I was under the BASIC TAB, instead of the ADVANCED TAB.
@rctp Tony, I have another quiestion: When selecting Times and Weekdays, is there an easy way to fill/select all the spaces, to mean blocking during all days of the week and all hours?

@rctp Never mind Tony I just stumbled into the answer which is left click the one selected rectable and drag to as many days of the week I want.
