Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 20191112 rel.36515(5553)

I have a newly bought Archer A6, well setup router.

 

5 Ghz wifi is great but if using 2.4 Ghz wifi, it is not stable and it doesnt have any internet connection.

The factory reset the router and leave it in the defaulted state, test the 2.4G connection. Make sure to use different devices to see if it happens on only one. If you still do not have internet see what IP address it gets, see if it is similar when connected to the 5G.

@botjaeger I am having the same issue, on 2.4 GHZ the internet connection is not stable and showing 0 mbps speed on speed test. However once you do reboot it begin working. But this is a serious bug that need to be fixed.
