If your router has HomeCare you can add keywords in the filter level when setting up the profile: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1707/
If your router does not have HomeCare, you can still try to add keywords to the parental control rules: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2386/
