My main router show 500+ speed, but my M5's only show 100 or less. I've re-booted, shut down and disconnected, but no real change.

If speed is 100 or less it may be the Ethernet cable only capable of going up to 100 Mbps (Cat 5).

 

You mentioned the main router then the M5 so in that case keep trying different cables going from the M5 to the router, even if it is already using the cable that came with the Deco.
