Nothing to go on here?
Some details would help.
- What router?
- What is it connected too?
- Was it all working before you installed the router (or did you just connect PC to Modem?)?
- What IS connected to the router?
- Have you set the router up?
- Have you verified the modem is still working by connecting a PC to it via cable?
- What troubleshooting have you done?
It could also be that the Modem (assuming it isn't a combo router as well) has remembered the MAC Address of the last device connected to it and it is 'looking' for it and will not connect to the router. If so, you must reboot the modem by power cycling it, and then when it fully powers up, power up the router which you should have turned off before powering up the modem.
