Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20200216 rel.72186(5553)

When I go to HomeCare->Parental Controls->History and navigate to a history of a device I can only see the last X number of entries which is typically in the last 40-60 mins. How do I unlock/store the history for a full week? I don't see such an option.

Additionally, is it possible to get full urls of websites visited? Right now I can only see the domain but not the full path of the article/page opened.

Thanks.

@cobrix

When looking at the insights there should be a green arrow up top where you can go back a day for a particular device.

You can't see the full URL path, only the main domain like you mentioned.

@cobrix

It looks like the AX11000 doesn't have that ability.

Here is what I was referring to:

I will forward those two points you brought up as a feature request for consideration.

@cobrix Clicking that green arrow does not affect what you can see in the full history at all. For instance, when I went to check on my kids's history from last night and went back a day the full history still shows today. There is no way to go back to yesterday and the history that shows is limited to the last hour or so. It seems like a completely worthless feature if you can only see what someone is doing in real time. I cannot monitor my kids all day long and shouldn't have to. If you don't plan to change this I will need to look for a new device that actually has parental controls beyond setting a time limit. The time limit is no good either because if I don't check within an hour of their limit there is no data.
