Model: Archer A20  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20191026 rel.16299(5553)

TP Link router AC4000 crashing when I I run speed test from https://www.speedtest.net/

 

Consist issue whether running from desktop running Windows 10 or from an iOS phone running Speedtest app. 

 

Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20191026 rel.16299(5553)

Hardware Version: Archer A20 v3.0

 

All internet connectivity is lost from 2..4G or 5G.

 

Have an older TP-Link Archer C9 and this does not crash when running speed test.

The issue also happens with other speed test sites like google speed test

Factory reset the router by holding the reset for 20 seconds. When the router boots up, leave all the configurations alone, connect and do the speed tests. If the crash still happens, bypass the router and connect your computer directly to the modem, are you able to do the speed tests then?
