TP Link W2400 slow internet speeds
I have comcast internet at blasting high speeds. 600 mbps is to be my download speed. My w2400's (4 in the mesh network) are only performing at 90mbps. No where near the speeds I am pay ing my cable provider for. The Model w2400 is supposed to run at up 1167mbps. I have tested wireless I have tested wired I have tested the speed directly at the modem and it is all within the Deco network that I can not get any speed out of them. Any suggestions?

Well here is the deal. The Deco 2400 can produce wireless speeds up to 1200 AC but here is the kicker. It only has a wired 10/100 card so that means that it will only go to the max of 100 per second and not the true source speed. One system has to be hardwired in as the main to feed the rest of the mesh network. Here is how I remedied that though. I purchased one m9 plus and used it as the main. It has a dual 10/100/1000 lan card and is able to produce wireless speeds in excess to 2200 mbps Which means it can feed the speed from the lan to the wireless network. And since it is wireless it bypasses the deco 2400 Lan card deficiency and give you the speeds you need through all of your deco devices.

The wireless communication between the nodes is rated for high speeds, but the LAN port is 100 Mbps in referencing the specifications. You need a Deco that has gigabit ports if you want to see speeds higher then 90 Mbps.

sorry to hijack the thread. I'm running into the same problem and I wanna make sure I understand this. If you get a Deco that has a gigabit port (new hub) everything else (w2400) paired to it will mirror The speed that the port is getting?
I tried six different cables and I even tried connecting a gigabit switch thinking I could trick the Xfinity router. Everything is always under 100.
