Traffic Statistics for AX1500
Traffic Statistics for AX1500
I'm trying to view Traffic Statistics on this router and I've gone to Advanced -> System -> System Log and selected Traffic Statistics under Log Type. However, the file that gets created only has LED controller log entries. Nothing about traffic. Is there a different way to enable and view this data on this router. Thanks!

Does the log type column say traffic statistics? If you were to switch the log type to NAT, does the type reflect that?

Thanks for your reply! When I select NAT, the log shows "2020-08-28 16:29:20 NAT INFO [12884] Initialization succeeded" several times. Otherwise, no matter what I select the screen is just blank. It appears as though it isn't logging much of anything other than this and the LED controller a million times.

Please select the option to show all the logs and provide that. I can try to look into it further.

@Tony When I switch to the All section under the Log Type pull down, it puts up a small warning button at the bottom of the screen that says "Operation Failed". See attached screen shot. I'm starting to think there is something fundamentally wrong with the firmware related to logging.

Your screenshot shows AX1500, if you were to look below the router, what is the model and hardware version that shows up there? As well as the firmware build that is currently running in the device.

Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 20200706 Rel. 37538(5553)
See attached picture for other info from bottom of router.

Thank you for the information.
Please try the following:
-Backup your router settings (Advanced > System > Back & Restore)
-Do a factory reset on the router (same menu as above)
-Download and upload the latest firmware that it already has.
Once the router boots back up let leave it for several minutes, now go back to the logs and see if you can pull all of them up. If that works, restore your settings.

I removed your recent post as the logs had your IP.
I will see what I can find regarding the traffic statistics.

Thanks! BTW, I've gone back and tried to run ALL logs and I get the Operation Failed message as before.
