Can I manage a AC1200 wifi router from TP-Link Tether app remotely, even if the AC1200 is with dinamy and private IP?
You would need to check to see if the router is cloud compatible: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/compatibility-list/tplink-cloud/
Registering a TP-Link Cloud ID and binding it to the router will make it manageable through the app: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1366/
Alternatively, you can enable remote management and access the router through a web browser using your own DDNS service: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1553/
