Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20160811 rel.55127

My router has mac filtering turned on and the other day i tried using guest network, but none of my guest could join guest network. What is the point of guest network when i can't use it? The whole point of buying a TP-Link router has gone in vain for me. Highly disappointed. Requesting assistance to fix this issue please.

@7subh7

Please reach out to your local support team here: link

They should be able to assist you to see if that is the case of the access control applying to the guest network.

@Tony Right from morning until now, it shows there is no agent available. I mean what kind of after sales customer support is this?
