I have att 1000 and I use the cable to connect to M9 mesh. Recently, my M9 mesh is not stable. (ATT seems good)。 It mainly on my chilend deco device. I see it is out of connection for 1 minutes and come back again.
Any suggestion？
I would first recommend getting your M9 to the latest firmware.
Download this firmware: https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200623/Deco_M9Plus_V2_1.4.0.zip
Use the utility inside the zip file to update your Deco system.
Once your system is up to date monitor the main Deco to see if the LED light turns red when having internet issues.
