Hey guys,

I have a Deco X20 system that is already set up and functioning.  Earlier today I factory reset the phone that I set up the Deco system with to fix an unrelated problem.  I reinstalled the app, but when I log in, it only wants to set it up from the beginning but everything is working already so I don't know how to just get to the current set up so I can manage stuff if I need too.  Any help?  Thanks.

You would not need to be on the same Wi-Fi in order to manage the device. Have you tried disabling your Wi-Fi, and then logging in to see if the Deco network comes up?

 

If not, the Deco could possibly be set up with a different TP-Link ID account. If not, you may need to reset the Deco and set it up again with the account you are currently logged in as.
