Firmware Version: 1.3

TP-Link TL-PA4010 - Powerline LED and Ethernet LED - Do Not Blink When Transmitting Data.  They stay a soid green all the time.  Does not seem right.

 

Any ideas?

This is actually normal.  see the chart below for the light status and what they mean.
