I realized that I no longer had the Deco app on my phone, so I reinstalled and logged in.  It wants me to set up the system, but all 6 of my units are already set up and working fine.  New setup is the only option.  Not sure how to get past this issue - any advice will be appreciated.

If you log into the Deco app with the previously used credentials, then the current network would load. In this case, is there any other account it could also possibly be?

 

Alternatively, you can reach out to support to verify if the Deco system is bound to the email you provide.

 

The last resort would be to factory reset the Deco and set them up again.
