We had a brief power outage this morning and now they are no longer working. They still have white lights showing, but they are not connecting to the internet. Suggestions?
If the Deco units are connected to a modem, reboot only the modem while leaving the Deco units on.
If that does not work, connect a computer using the Ethernet cable to the main Deco to make sure your internet is working.
