Satellite Deco P9 Stuck on Yellow

How to fix the satellite TP-LINK Deco P9 stuck on yellow? IIs there any tool or means to the repair even through the PC?

The yellow LED may indicate it is in recovery mode as the reset may have been held for more than 10 seconds.
Leave the Deco powered on for several minutes, then hold the reset for one second, then let go. See if the pattern eventually changes. If that does not work, please do the same process to see if the Deco eventually comes out of it.

One other thing you can potentially try is the firmware recovery method: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/672
The user mentions the Deco M4, but use the P9 firmware with the same method.
Should that fail, I would recommend reaching out to support.
