I have tried both the mobile and desktop using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and IE.  The chat feature constantly times out and is not working.  Any ideas?

Thank you.  It does appear to be working now. 

 

 

We were not told about any issues in the service so it could have been a hiccup. But you should be able to use the service now.

@Carl No it is not working.  I have now tried several computers.  IT DOES NOT WORK!

I've tested on 3 devices and on LTE and my home network. I am showing to have full access.  Are you using any firewalls or anything else that could be blocking the traffic.  You can also contact live support through the toll free (US only) 866-225-8139

@KasaUser005 I am also wondering if there are any live agents to chat with. You click live agent and wait . . . I have been 1st place in the queue for over 2 hours. Is the service only available during certain hours? If so the system should tell you that rather then tell you You are in the 1st place, please wait patiently.
