I previously had this range extender working with my previous router. My internet provider just changed out the router to a ARRIS TG-3452. I re-booted and re-installed the TP-Link. Both blue lights are on and it shows up om my computer and laptop with a strong signal. However, when I try to connect, there is no internet signal found.

If the router changes, you would want to reset the range extender and reconfigure it.  From there you should be able to use it again. Typcially even if the SSID and password is the same a reboot isn't enough.
