Anyone able to assist with helping me configure settings to allow my work laptop with a sonicwall VPN to connect up to the router?

When VPN on work laptop is off I can connect fine, but I cannot even turn on the sonicwall Mobile Connect VPN when connect to this router. I can connect with VPN fine on my plusnet router.

VPN on work laptop tries to connect but message appears "Operation Timeout."

Do I need to configure port settings on the router to allow connection?

Any help would be really appreciated.

The router by default has VPN passthrough, what I would try is to log into the router, go to Advanced > NAT Forwarding > ALG. Uncheck all the options, save, then check them all again and save one last time.

If that fails, do a factory reset on the router by holding the reset for 15 seconds.
