Hi-

I am trying to access our Deco via my web browser at http://192.168.68.1/webpages/index.html

 

First off, is this the correcet IP? 

 

When I put the password that works on the tp link cloud website I cannot log into my router.  I clicked forgot password and it says open Deco app and click the forgot password link to reset. I have no such link in the Deco app on my iphone.

Here is a FAQ on resetting the TP-Link ID password: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1442/

 

To access the Deco you would just need to use the default IP of 192.168.68.1 in your web browser while on the same network as the Deco.

 

If you still have issues, verify you have the correct password by singing out of your Deco app and signing back in. If the password is correct, try a different web browser or computer/device.
