Tried swapping with a working power supply, still not working. Then tried resetting by button, still not working.apart from opening and voiding the warrantee, not sure what else to do.
I think you may have tried all you can at this point. I would reach out to support. Even though the issue is apparent some troubleshooting would be required before the replacement process can begin.
